At the following events, MALP will have a booth at which members will be able to sell their plants/items.
April 7 – Ag Fest
April 14 – Ha‘ikū Ho’olaule’a and Flower Festival
As with in the past, the member selling plants should be at the booth and willing to answer questions to the general public – and there are always a lot of questions!
Also, as in the past, members selling items are asked to donate 20% of their sales to MALP – this is used to cover the booth fees fo rthe events.
Members who have attended these events and have sold their items have ended up with a lot of new customers over the years. Many people stop by the booth to ask questions on plants, to ask for plant availability and for people to be able to come and do work at their houses and properties.
